LoS him if possible. The only way to kill a hunter at that level is to play smarter than him. If you have the opertunity to fear his pet off you to
keep your Damage on him. Thats about all I know at that level range to fight a hunter. Sorry.
Shon Life on pet ,shon life on hunter.urse Of Weakness on pet if possible. Abuse Line Of Sight if possible. Fear hunter ,throw all dots,drain life,ignore pet. I really dont remember how was i vs hunters on that lvl tbh ,but some things against them neverhange. DONT run towards them and rambo-style.
Dot dot dot at all times the hunter, fear pet spam bolts, fear pet, dot dot dot, fear pet spam bolts. If the pet isn't burning you down, then youan burn down the hunter with your minion and dots. Another stratould be to sede the hunter, and burn down the pet first through fear dotting. I don't pvp mh, but these should at least keep you in the fight.
