tossing renew about sie the tanks are pretty mh takenare of. If I see DPS that took a little splash dmg, I habitually toss them a renew, so I wanted at least one point in Emp Renew. However, 5% of renew's healing will always be the same. Spell power will go up though, so I think Emp renew will ale whereas Imp renew will not. Maybe that's
